Pulau Beras Basah, or Beras Bash Island (“Beras Basah” is loosely translated as “Wet Rice”), is an island of the southern coast of Langkawi island. It is usually one of the islands featured in island-hopping tours.
Located just beside the Kuah Jetty, the Royal Langkawi Yacht Club Marina features 250-berths, various facilities and can accommodate mega-yachts of up to 90 meters.

The most crowded beach in Langkawi, Cenang Beach (or Pantai Cenang) is located at the western stretch of the island. Many hotels and restaurants can be seen lining up along the main road of Cenang town.
